The Price Match Guarantee is our way of ensuring that we always offer our community the best price on coffee and tea products at CoffeeRocket.com. If our regular prices are not better than our online competitors, we will give you an adjustment to offer you the same deal.
Just present to us the materials showing that another business is offering the identical beverage product for a lower price, and we will issue you a credit for the difference if you’ve made a purchase with us within the last 24 hours. Please read the Questions and Answers below for more details.
PRICE MATCH FAQS
In order to calculate the competitor’s offer, we will re-create the customer’s exact order through the competitor’s online order form, including any additional charges or fees that would be part of their final offer. If the final price offered by the competitor is indeed lower, we will guarantee a credit or refund based on the price difference of the replicated order. Please keep in mind; some offers from competitors are subject to additional terms, fees and/or shipping charges, which will be taken into account when verifying the price match.
NOTE: Price must be public on the competitor’s website without having to create an account or provide billing information to view the price.
Our standard FREE shipping policy still applies to price-matched orders. As long as the order total after the price match reaches $99 or more, FREE shipping will still be applied. If the price match would bring the order total under $99, we will calculate the lowest offer we can provide that will still grant FREE shipping.
No, additional offers in the form or coupons or other promotions cannot be combined with the Price Match program. We match regular prices only, not coupons.
No, if our competitor’s promotional price has a limited duration; it is excluded from our price match policy. We do not match local competitor’s holiday or limited-time offers. These offers are typically limited in time and quantity and are therefore not representative of marketplace pricing.
No, our competitive price policy does not apply to online competitor’s limited quantity offers, clearance offers, or technical errors. Exact match for quantity and price is necessary to qualify for the Coffee Rocket 100% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE.
For any price matches issued for a price difference of $14.99 or less, a store credit will be added to your CoffeeRocket.com account. This credit may be used toward any future purchase either made online or over the phone. The store credit has no expiration and may be combined with any other promotional offers, loyalty points or gift certificate credits. For any price matches issued for a price difference of $15.00 or more, a refund will be issued back to the card used on the order within 2-3 business days of approval. Please note, if you paid via PayPal, it may take a bit longer to see the credit to your account.
First you must place your order. Then, fill out the request form on this page with your order number, the competitor’s price, and where it is advertised. You must include the actual link of the product you are requesting a price match for in the price match submission form. If you have already applied a coupon, which brings the total value of the product lower than the competitor’s offer, the price match does not apply. We will credit you the difference back PLUS deposit 50 Rocket Reward Points into your account. Yes, it’s that easy. Credit usually takes 3-5 business days to be completed. Please note if you pay by PayPal, it may take a bit longer to credit the difference.
If you find a current price on an identical product, same count size, volume or quantity, in-stock from any other online retailer within 24 hours of placing your order, we will match the price on an existing order. The CoffeeRocket.com Price Match Guarantee excludes special orders, clearance items, discontinued items, expired products, open box merchandise, free offers and typographical errors. We are not able to add additional coupon discounts on top of competitor’s offers.
