If you no longer wish to receive your recurring order you can cancel one or more items set to recur at any time.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on My Account link below the logo.
- Click on the My Recurring Orders link in the Account Menu.
- Scroll down (if necessary) to see all items you have set to recur.
- Click on the edit pencil icon to the left of any item you’d like to cancel.
- On the general tab click the drop-down arrow for status and change the status to cancelled.
- Click save.
- Repeat steps 5-7 if you need to cancel additional recurring items.
