What are Rocket Rewards?
The Rocket Rewards program is Coffee Rocket's way of showing our customers how much we appreciate their loyalty. For every dollar you spend you receive 1% back. After you've accumulated the equivalent of $2 in points (200), you are then able to redeem the points in their dollar amount and use them as discounts on orders.
How does the program work?
For every dollar you spend, you receive 1% back. After you've reached 200 points you can use them to receive discounts on orders. The points awarded are based on subtotals of the orders placed so, before tax and shipping costs. For example: if you spent $100, not including shipping and handling, you would receive 100 points which is the equivalent of $1.
What does it cost?
Rocket Reward points can only be earned by ordering products and completing purchase transactions. There is no additional cost. The program is FREE!
How do I enroll?
As soon as you register with CoffeeRocket.com and complete a purchase transaction you are automatically enrolled in the Rocket Rewards program.
Where can I check how many points I have?
It's simple! Just log into www.CoffeeRocket.com using your username and password, then click the "My Account" button on the top of the page and click on "My Rewards" link. Here you can also choose how many points you wish to redeem and put toward an order.
When & how can I use my Rocket Rewards?
As soon as you have accumulated 200 points you're able to redeem your points in the equivalent of their dollar amount and use them for discounts on your orders.
You are able to use any amount of points on your order. Example: If you have a total of a 1000 points you can use 500 points and save $5 on your order and still have 500 points to use in the future. However, you would still be charged shipping and handling even if your order becomes "free" by using all 1000 points.
Before you checkout you will have to choose how many points you want to redeem in the My Rewards section of your account. Then checkout normally and your redeemed points will appear as a gift certificate.
Do my points expire?
Your Rocket Reward points will never expire. You can use them whenever you'd like as long as you have a minimum of 200 points in you "point bank."
What about past dollars spent?
Unfortunately, the program is not retro-active. This is a brand new program that starts February 1, 2010. Any purchase made after that date will qualify you to receive points. |
